Sick baby update plus videos of happier times!

It has been kind of a long and trying week at the Friedt house. As I mentioned in the last post, Josiah is teething. That in itself was enough to make the little guy miserable but to add insult to injury, he ended up with a nasty cold...cough, runny nose, the whole shebang. I didn't rush to the doctor until he spiked a fever for a few days and it turns out on top of all the other junk, he also had a double ear infection! Poor little guy! He tries so hard to be his happy, content self but is in pain and pretty sad a lot of the time:-( But every day he seems to get a little better and we are keeping up with the Tylenol and other meds to keep him as comfortable as possible. Hopefully we are on the upswing and he will be back to normal soon! Before all the "fun" started, I took these two videos of him and wanted to share. The first one is him making all his favorite sounds "ba ba ba" "da da da" "ma ma ma" and of course, the squeal! The second one is him hugging his doggie which is his favorite toy these days...thank you to the Snell's for the fantastic gift!
