Four months old

Time is flying as usual.  I could act surprised but frankly I'm not....it seems as soon as you have a child, the clock speeds up.  Well, unless it's the middle of the night, you are exhausted and the baby is WIDE awake, then the clock crawls but I digress....:-)  Eli's 4 month well baby check revealed that he is indeed a Well Baby but we could have told them that!  In truth, he is an absolute dream baby!!  He is always content and happy and has a smile ready for anyone who talks to him.  He is a bit bigger than Josiah was at four months but not much!  Eli is:

16 pounds
26 inches long
healthy as can be!

We are very blessed and we know it!!  Here are some pictures from the 4 month session.  I don't think I mentioned this before but I decided not to go with the monthly themes and signs telling how old he is because frankly, that is what held me up from getting Josiah's done each month.  The sign and deciding on the outfit.  With Eli, I have let that go....I take a pill for it now:-)  So we are sticking with a plain white onesie and  if you count the duckies in the picture, you'll know how many months old he is.  Here is the happy guy:

"Uh oh duckie, I think we are falling..."

"If I'm going, you're going with me!"

LOVES his feet and toes right now!

Relaxing:-)

"This silly chair is NOT comfy Mom"

"Oh boy, who's in charge here??"

Three months old

Even though I haven't been posting regularly, I HAVE been taking monthly pictures of Eli:-)  Here are the results of his 3 month old shots:

Lions and Tigers and....carnival rides?!

Yes, that is exactly what we found at Como Zoo when we visited a couple days ago.  We have made it an annual tradition to go to Como with Robin and the boys and our dear friend Jayme and her girls.  We got the kids wristbands to ride the pint-sized carnival rides at Como Town, packed a picnic lunch and then went to the zoo side of the park to see the animals.  It was a GREAT day, beautiful weather and so much fun!

Ready for a fun day!

It was so hard to get a good picture but this was
one of the BIG favorites for the day!

Too busy to look at me AND give me a thumbs up:-)

Ready to go!

A little scary....

....but mostly just F-U-N

Hi zebras!

Our annual attempt at a group shot...

...getting closer....

...well, kind of...

...as good as it gets, at least they are all IN the picture:-)

Kaidance (8), Aubrey (2), Henry (2), Madilyn (5), Miles (4), Josiah (3)

Yes, the magic wand went EVERYWHERE that day

Baptism day for Eli and Reece

Eli and Reece are so close in age that when we are out together, people assume they are twins:-)  Robin and I are so excited to have them be so close and watch them grow together.  We decided to have them baptized together to start out what we hope will be a lifetime of sharing fun moments together!

Bowling with Uncle Noah

Uncle Noah turned 30 this year so in honor of that milestone, we took him bowling and out for dinner.  A good time was had by all but I think Josiah had the most fun!  I'm a little embarrassed to report that even though we used bumpers, I still lost...to everyone...including my 3 year old....sigh:-)

June 2012

Still catching up:-)  Here are some fun times we had in June:

Big hands, just like his brother
