Three Months Old

Josiah turned three months old Friday and is continuing to amaze us everyday with what he is learning and doing! He is as talkative as ever, he has a LOT to tell the world I guess:-) I have NO idea where he could have gotten his talking skills, do you??!! OK, so that comes from his mommy...and his grandmas, aunties, cousins, and well, pretty much everyone in the family is a talker so he was destined to acquire the "gift of gab"! It is so much fun to hear him test out his little voice, especially when he wakes up from a nap and is in his crib telling his animals all about what he has planned for the day, so sweet:-) He has also discovered that his hands can be trained to pick things up, spin them and even make them light up! Oh the wonder of it all! He especially loves to "play" the piano and sit in the Exersaucer and spin the wheel toys. He concentrates so hard and purses his little lips, it's pretty darn cute if you ask me:-) Of course, he still thinks his hands are best to use as chew toys themselves as they taste spectacular! He reached another milestone on Tuesday...ROLLING OVER! No more leaving him on the changing table to run and grab something, that's for sure! Seth and I were both home to witness the excitement, he was laying on his belly on our bed and before we knew it, he pushed his little arms up and rolled over on his back! He looked a little surprised at the whole event but was proud of himself too:-) Hard to believe 3 short months ago we were in the hospital with a tiny newborn and now he's rolling over! Where does the time go?! I'm not sure how much he weighs now, I'd guess 15 pounds or so but we'll have to wait until October 30th when we go in for his next doctor's visit...stay tuned:-)
