Let's go to the Fair!!

Josiah experienced his first trip to the County Fair last night! It was an absolutely beautiful day, 75 and sunny with a light breeze, so we decided to venture out and see what the fair had to offer this year. We stopped by and picked up Auntie Robin, Uncle Kyle, and cousin Miles on the way and we all headed down. We met up with Grandma Nancy, Auntie Nykki, cousin Olivia, Auntie Helen and Helen's friend Yorselam and we all shared some yummy fried fair food! Besides the fried items like potato wedges, corn dog, mini donuts, etc. there was also the obligatory milkshake from the Dairy Association and this year Seth tried something new...Pork-Chop-on-a-Stick. Hey, it's the fair, everything comes on a stick! It was actually very tasty and surprisingly easy to eat:-) We also ventured through the animal barns and while Josiah was unimpressed this year, his cousin Miles was in awe of ACTUAL animals! His favorite toy right now is is little barn with all the plastic animals but seeing the big animals up close and personal was SO much better! He just kept pointing and saying "Ohhh"! Priceless! Josiah slept through the whole thing, I think next year he may find it more interesting....and who knows, if he plays his cards right he may get to enjoy his own (fill in the blank)-on-a-Stick!
